Old Mutual SuperFund Incorrect passport numbers being entered into the system.

Since noone will disclose who is doing it. I dont know why we are expected to submit certified copies of our passports and banking details! This is *****, or is it because we are foreigners? If its a problem please stop taking our money if its difficult for you to pay it back! I cant wait 3 months for my claim to be processed.
