extremely poor service

I have never ever had such poor service from such a supposedly reputable company, i am very disappointed in the service i received since requesting that my RFA be paid in November 2020, till today it has not been paid over to my new fund. The consultants are rude and impatient, you wait till calls cut off , the whatsapp portal is so useless and the lack of transparency and lack of response from the company makes me regret ever giving any business. I am a very unhappy customer, even now i have no positive feedback about when this payment will be made...i have been waiting for close to 9 months for such an answer??????
