Extremely poor payout service after 30 year policy matured in October 2022

After paying on an Endowment Policy for 30 years I'm still waiting to be paid out by Old Mutual even though the policy matured in October 2022. This is extremely poor service from their customer care centre who I find extremely inefficient and unprofessional. They simply do not know what customer care is, however, their financial advisors are quick to sell you a policy which I advised my family and friends against it. I have my Last Testament and Will with them, but will be taking that away from them and move it to Investec.
