Extremely Poor Customer Service

Good morning.

My name is Mpumelelo Jele son of Susan Nonkuleleko Jele. I accompanied my mother for her claim early this year and she was told she can not get her Retirement Annuity until she reaches 55 years of age.. (meaning her birth month) This is her ID number ***. She was never informed about the 21 day notice period. She used her Salary for other living expenses banking on the fact she will be receiving her Retired Annuity of R55 000.

Now we don't have money and never informed of the 21 day notice instead the Teller at ChrisHani Mall was more interested in opening an Old Mutual account than assisting us or explaining to us how the whole process works
