Extremely disappointed

I don't even know where to start... The person who initially logged a claim for me messed up the claim by claiming for someone that passed 3 years ago... The agents at this office have no sense of urgency with a long queue and empty consultants desks with the occasional chatting to each other. Happy that after my query is sorted I will no longer have to deal with Old Mutual
