Extremely bad service

I went to a branch to do a part withdrawal from my tax free investment on the 29th of October 2022, to date I haven’t received the payment. This payment was supposed to have been paid in 14 days but dololo. When u do a follow up, they promise to pay in 3 days and they never do. I encouraged my family to close their accounts with this institution. Service is beyond poor.
