Extreme Poor Service & Lack of communication!!!

I’ve had the worst experience with Old Mutual. The first experience, they delayed paying out my grandmother funeral policy. It took them a month. I later decided to invest for my son a tax free plan. I want to withdraw my investment and cancel my contract and I have been requested information that a minor “my son” doesn’t have such as tax reference. What kind of ridiculousness is that ? It’s been a month, I went to the branch and some employees had no clue about tax free plan disinvestment. The ladies at Fourways are rude an ***********. Do not invest with Old Mutual !!
