extreme dissatisfaction

Dear Old Mutual,

I am writing to formally express my extreme dissatisfaction with the unacceptable level of service I have received regarding my retirement fund query.

On 25 February 2026, I submitted all required documentation to the exact email address provided by your own official forms. After receiving absolutely no response, despite sending multiple follow-up emails, I contacted your offices again on 25 March 2026—only to be told that the mailbox I was instructed to use is no longer monitored.

This is completely unacceptable.

Your organisation has effectively wasted an entire month of my time due to your own internal failure, lack of communication, and apparent disregard for clients. I followed your process exactly as instructed, yet I am now being penalised for your mistake and told I must wait yet another 30 days for a response.

This is not only inefficient—it is negligent.

I expect this matter to be escalated immediately and handled as a priority. I will not accept further delays caused by internal mismanagement. If this issue is not resolved urgently, I will have no choice but to escalate this complaint to the relevant regulatory authorities and consumer platforms.

I require:

Immediate confirmation of receipt of my documents Clear timelines for resolution An explanation as to why clients are being directed to inactive communication channels

Your current level of service falls far below acceptable standards.

I expect urgent action.

Sincerely,
