Extreme Bad Service. (almost ****************)

I have a query with Old Mutual. they requested time to investigate the case and come back to me. more than a year now, I am still waiting for them. meanwhile, my own money which i asked to be refunded is still not done. when i visited theie branches, i heard that my query is no longer on their system for assistance. below is the reference of my case: AR: Complain with regard Ref CEB*** - Old Mutual Enquiry --CCCPE***8--
