Extra money deducted from account for RA

Initially had an RA for a year @R700 pm and needed to increase the amount in July to R1400 but was told its not possible i would have to get a new savings for retirement account and then my broker would transfer the funds from the Initial account to the new one. Instead what has been happening is they kept the old one open and are still charging R724 plus 1400 ( and some change) from july! They promised me a refund after the payment went out in july and said it would be paid in August yet come August there was no refund and they debited me again for those 2 amounts! I contacted the broker daily and he promised me that i would receive the refunds for July and August by friday 18 September 2026. However no refund came and when i called old mutual the consultant said theres no refunds being processed on my profile! This is taking money from my account against my will and against what was requested. I must cry for my own money that was wrongfully taken in the first place! I am a mother and i have a child to see to and this extra money that they are taking are making it impossible to see to my babies needs. I am horrified that this is happening and i have screenshots from the messages and promises from my broker that are unfulfilled.
