Experiencing horror for my mom's funeral claim

Horrible service for my late mother's funeral claim. 2 weeks after the funeral and we are still struggling to get a pay-out. My mother had my late father as a beneficiary on her policy,she forgot to change him as my late father passed away 2 years ago before her. I went to a branch for the claim,they loaded the claim then said I should open their money account so it's simple to transfer the funds,after all that then I was told my late father was a beneficiary and since he's deceased I need to get a letter of authority. Had to go to Master of the High Court,managed to get the letter, submitted it then I get told I need to open a late estate account. Why was I made to open a money account!! U could swear I'm waiting for money for life cover and it's funeral claim. There's no money in my mom's estate but we must suffer just for funeral claim. Didn't even struggle with other companies they just wanted an affidavit.
