Expectation management needs improvement
I like old mutual and their products but i hate the hurdles they make you jump to get your money. I use the app and requested some funds from my investment products. The app notified me itll take 7 days. 5 days later i got an email to submit documents for fica. It's now been another 7 days. My expectations aren't managed well. They shoulve just said it'll take 3 months and i would've been more understanding.
