<p>big up toNtombizanele Yoko who was assigned to assist me when i was experiencing difficulty in getting my pension fund claim paid after i had issues at Sars with duplicate tax numbers,first i complained about old mutual thinking they refused to pay not knowing where exactly the problem was ,,,,however after a long wait for sars to update my details on their system a very professional and capable and competent lady was assigned to help me and she was so helpful,friendly and understanding of the situation and kept intouch with me all the time on progress.</p> <p> </p> <p>i will return to old mutual again for more services they offer and will defenately recomend it to friends and family and only beacuse of the competend and helpful staff who undeartand peoples frastrations and are willing to help till the last stage,</p> <p> </p> <p>Zanele Yoko Thanks a lot and may God bless you my claim was finally paid yepeeeeeee, and to all the Old mutual Staff i say keep up the good work.</p>
