Excuses and non payment

I resigned with my work in Dec 2014 and gave all needed forms. From then I had no feed back from Old Mutual about my payout. I phoned on the 16 of Feb 2014 and was told that they need the E-claim form from my work, but said they have received it and will pay out my money in four weeks. when I mailed the consultant that handels this he said they are still waiting for the E-claim form and I must contact my previous employer. I did and they say they have sent it on the 8th of Jan 2014. This is S.....! I want my money I WORKED for paid to me ASAP!!!! No one ever gets back to me and it takes them like NEVER to get to me. PLEASE INFORM ME WHEN AM I GETTING MY FUNDS NO STORY AND HOW MUCH IT IS!!!! I am tired of waiting and calling and mailing. PLEASE I need these FUNDS.
