I app**** for a Old Mutual consolidation loan at Parow Centre branch where i was assisted by a consultant named Fernando. Consultant asked me what is the purpose of the loan i advised that me and husband are applying for a home loan. Unfortunately i was declined due to low credit score. The consultant service did not stop from there. The consultant further provided me with a break down of my credit report and explain what I need to do in order to get my credit score increased. I followed the options the consultant gave me, followed up with the consultant regularly. After 6 months my credit rating improved. I eventually qualified for the consolidation loan, but did not realize that the consultant was teaching me how to pay and manage my debt. Even if we didn't take the product we are very grateful for the service and will recommend Old Mutual. Today me and husband can say we proud home owners threw the fantastic service of the consultant and the way he cares for his client. Thank You Old Mutual & Fernando
