Exceptional Service from Old Mutual Branch - Centurion Mall

I went to Old Mutual the other day after work, meaning I was there around 16h30 or so. The service I received was out of this world, from the Receptionist, who took time to explain in details while I was waiting for my turn to see a consultant. What took me for a surprise, the consultant, Koketso went an extra mile to assist me, from my investments queries to opening a Money Account and further assisted me with the downloading Old Mutual app, again, he was really patient with me and went as far as showing me how it works. Based on the Old Mutual trading hours, I was blown away when Koketso went an extra mile (he had another pressing issue that needed his attention, I think it was regarding a parking ticket), but he continued to ensure I left their offices extremely happy. I kept telling him to go, even said to him I did not mind coming back the following day. As if he has not done enough, I was in awe when he insisted to continue so I do not have to go back the following day.
