Having spent two hours on the phone this morning trying to get through to correct department - I went to Old Mutual Pinelands and met Mckensie Phillips - what a professional individual -kind patient and with the motivation to solve my issue did exactly that. It renewed my faith in Old Mutual knowing most people just want to do their best. A shoutout to Jody Green - thank you. You guys rock
