I got to Old Mutual Key West from the reception the lady was very helpful and professional.

Within no time I was referred to a consultant to helped me with respect and warm welcome down to earth (if caring was a person). The consultant helped me and even offered me other products I might be interested to. With regards to my query, it was a bit challenging, so she asked help from a colleague who was outside but willing to come back very quickly just to resolve my query (if exceptional customer service was a person) the other consultant jumped in and help, provided me with all the information I need from different methods of making payments to allowing me to go quickly and get my bank statement to avoid anything outstanding for my convenience. The lady gave me their email address to send outstanding documents unlike to return back to the branch that was awesome.
