Excellent Service Old Mutual Eesteriver / Candice Sylvester

I would like to compliment Old Mutual @eesteriverbranch , The staff and Manager Candice Sylvester for there excellence service. I went in on the 1st Of Feb 2022 to submit a claim. When i got there there offices was online and the Manager advised me to come in and see if they can assist me via a Whatsapp application. I thought this was amazing. We encountered lots of IT problems. but Candice manage to assist me regardless. I left the branch and immediately got a sms asking me to complete a police declaration of which i did and uploaded on the link.

This morning @ 8:30am 3/2/2022 Candice messaged me asking if i came right and that i should email her the documents to follow up on my claim. 1 minute after that, i receive a sms saying the claim is approved and ready for process.
