Excellent Service Lee-Roy- Old Mutual Paarl

I was assisted by Lee-Roy Pietersen a few times at Old Mutual branch in Paarl Lady Grey. I have been working in sales for 21 years now dealing with all types of clients and employees. I would like to take this opportunity to bestow my greatest gratitude to Lee-Roy. He is one of the few people who has done his utmost best to assist not only me, but my mother and brother as well.

The way he makes a person feel when you sit with him, connecting and listening to exactly what we wanted. Can you believe he even went so far with excellent customer service by visiting us at home to assist with our policies which was not necessary. I visited the branch before and now recently accompanied by my mother and brother and we gave him lots of information, speaking a lot, there were times we spoke all at once and the way Lee-Roy handled our queries was amazing. He kept his cool, he was friendly he emphasized to what were were going through and was very professional. Being a Manager myself working with staff, he really stood out to me as a person and employee of Old Mutual.
