Excellent Service From Shammema

I just wanna commend Shameemah Jatiem for the excellent service she has given me. I had been going back and forth with OM agents and none of them were able to resolve my query until I got through to Shammema, she has a magic touch and her service is beyond excellent, of all the customer service agents I delt with, noone comes close to her excellency.
