Excellent service
I recently submitted a complaint about Old Mutual Group Schemes regarding their customer service. I was contacted by a lady named Delia Smit shortly after my complaint.
I am incredibly impressed with the service Ms Smit provided to me! She dealt with my profile so efficiently and professionally. My issue has been resolved and she has truly restored my faith in this company!
