Wow ,Old Mutual has not DROP THEIR OUTSTANDING service, I would like to thank the Disability claims department for an outstanding service, every time I called while they were dealing with my claim, they always had a KIND WORD to encourage me that to take it Step by Step in my recovery, wish some companies can handle service like this to clients, they really had empathy and speaking to the agents while struggling wish Mental health issues really made me feel valued, in the manner they spoke to it was 10 stars, especially Ms N.
