Excellent service
Since I made a complaint initially, I got assistance from Xoliswa who attended to the matter. She did analyze the recording and apologized, and even arranged that I get special attention since I had made my request on time. I got constant feedback on the progress of my claim. I am now pleased. Keep up the good work
