Excellent service

I would like to thank Gert Roy from Herrismith in Free state for his fabulous service.I travel from Cape town to Herrismith to accompany my mother to the branch as she went first and couldn't understand Due to lack of her English.When i we got there,i was welcomed with a cup of coffee which i got very empress.While Gert Roy explains everything he said to me,i will not leave the office until i understand everything and satisfied,i was like wow,this gentlemen.He even phone the relevant department regarding our claim while we where there.I was so empress when i noticed that this man is calling me every week to check how far are we,until he even help our attorney as she was struggling with one of the old mutual consultants.They both worked together and Gert will even update me before my attorney each and every time until my mother got the money.Cause sometimes he even used his own cell phone number just to update me.As we the family of Mphike we would like to say,thank you very very much for his wonderful service.Im so empress with him,i hope God must give him strength to continue helping people of south Africa the way he helped us.I believe that as human being we don't have to only complain with bad service but even if we got good service we must still appropriate.Thank you million times Gert Roy keep it up..
