Excellent Management of Retirement Package Complaint

<p>I am extremely happy in the way Old Mutual handled my complaint, concerning my retirement annuity. I again feel like a valued customer. I would like thank the Old Mutual team that dealt with my complaint efficiently and effectively. The continued correspondence between me and the old mutual consultant was very fruitful and productive. I would like to commend the work done by Coleen Aanhuizen as the Complaints Assessor.
