Excellent Failure

I app**** for a Superfund withdrawal with Old Mutual. That was in April this year. I spoke to an agent at first that seemed to have they're head on top of things. I provided her with my personal information and new banking details as I don't use the same acc. since then. She took them down. The lady informed me I would be paid within 14 days. I called a day later just to confirm if my application had been received and the acc. No. listed and this is where things started to get fishy. As her timeline became 20 days. But I let it go. As long they'll pay right? Man was I wrong. Fast forward 24 days later I follow up and am told I've been paid. I duspute this and am requested a statement as proof. I send it through. 31 days later I am given the beautiful news that not only was I paid. Buy it was paid into my account. Which I specifically asked to be changed.

I congratulate you guys. You set the bar royally for a professional mess up!!
