Excellent and Efficient service
I walked in to old mutual phoenix plaza to do a withdrawal from one of my investments. I knew the procedure, 3mths bank statement, proof of address and ID. But to my surprise, an excellent financial advisor Nireen not only assisted me within 8 minutes but also took the time to advise me on the most suitable investment for me and explained the benefits. U hardly get that anymore,I even made an appointment to visit the branch next week to commence a new investment. Thank you Nireen.
