EXCELLENT AND COMMITED CUSTOMER SERVICE

I've been dealing with Old Mutual for about 2 years wrt Pension Fund Surplus. I was waiting for the interest to be paid and been calling and e-mailing the call centre and just didn't get very far. Out of the blue I received a call from Marsha Jansen a Customer Service Specialist and she told me she saw the e-mail trail and wanted to inform me that she would handle my query and told me exactly what was required. I immediately dealt with the issue and sent her the required information and received an e-mail from her this morning to confirm that payment was authorised. WISH THERE WERE MO'RE MARSHA'S IN THIS COUNTRYwell done and thank you so much for your kind assistance
