Excellant service From Beau-Lynn Saal - Claim Administrator

I received a call from Old Mutual regarding a claim . I was asked to mail threw certain documents which I did . Not sure as to why but it wasn't put on the system. I called threw and spoke to Beau-Lynn Saal Claim Administrator and she was excellent . she went out of her way to assist me and make sure that my claim was finalized . I have never received such an exceptional service from any other company like this . She is extremely efficient and polite and went the extra mile to make sure the claim was sorted out . I even had another claim which they responded to and Mr *** sent and email regarding a certain document he requested which I tried to mail but the mail kept coming undelivered . I called Beau-Lynn Saal again and she even asked me to mail the documents to her and she would mail them to respective persons. and confirmed while on call to her she received docs and sent them off to respective persons.
