EVIL AND POOR SERVICE FROM OLD MUTUAL STAFF

I am still waiting for a payout from old mutual the policy was open **********ly when I call I am told the amount which was supposed to be refunded still in their suspension account

I have my own funeral policies with other companies and I did not pay last month because old mutual captured a ********** stop order and now they don’t want to refund
