Ever tried to deal with Omnisure from Old Mutual?

Ever tried to log a 3rd party claim with Omnisure? No communication, No Service, No feedback, a serious waste of time and then when things get to the end many weeks later they are dishonest and clueless! How do you give information to an Intern and not control or check things?? as this is one of the the excuses being used? Take ownership, as the employees are a reflection of your brand, Omnisure. Then the assessors are clueless and use irrelevant case studies to validate they useless reasons for none or irrelevant payments weeks later!! I'm glad i'm not insured with them!! To everyone else Be Careful! Even their own client decided to cancel their policy!
