Even more disgusted than yesterday with Old Mutual Financial Services

It is now past 12:00 on a Friday afternoon. After I was promised feedback by today, still not even a courtesy call. There are but a few hours left of the day before everybody knocks off and go to enjoy the weekend. I want to be contacted TODAY!!!! I have never been thus disgusted with service in my life, and I have dealt with some horrible service.
