Evaton mall branch service is the worst

I went to the Evaton mall branch yesterday to make a claim on my Provident fund. I found a lady there and told her what i needed. She escorted me to her work station and dialed a number and told me what options to choose. I was on that unanswered call for 20 minutes. When I finally tried to look for her she was nowhere to be found and no one else was there to attend to me. I am not happy at all with the service I got especially after I learned that there was no point for the call, my friend did the exact same claim at Maponya without any issues. Maybe o nnyatsitse ausi oo and decided I am not worth her time. I am disappointed. The old mutual secure site failed me otherwise I would not have been disrespected the way I was.
