Estate of late David Qaku

It has been over a year since we have submitted a claim for my dad's ESTATE and absolutely nothing has moved.....right now I have been sending emails to Wendy Penther for an update regards to the matter and she is clearly ignoring my emails and no communication from her for over 2months....we as a family have been waiting on OLD MUTUAL to pay the beneficiaries since 2020..... Someone HELP!
