ESTATE LATE POLICY MATURED

I received policy documents for my late sister from OLd Mutual and i filled in all the documents and sent them through in April 2015. <br> My oldest sister lived in America for about 25 years and she had a major stroke which i then i had to go over there to confirm the machines being turned off. <br> I then get these documents and gave OLD MUTUAL the documents stating she has no children never married. <br> i have not had anyfeed back as to what is happening with this policy all i got was a reference no. saying this has been logged. pol *** / ***7 e/l BA BAKER that is the policy details with Old Mutual, Your tracking number is: --CCC***-- I keep phoning but never get details just get asked to keep filling in more forms and documents then they want my financials, well this has got to a stage where i am really annoyed, she passed away and what do they need my financials for. I have given all the documents and when ever i call back they say they will get back to me and dont or say i need other documents. i want this over with, it broke my heart to have lost her and i dont want to deal with this anymore, i dont care about the money but i am sure she would want it to go to us
