Enquiry added on my credit report

I received a missed call from Old Mutual yesterday (03 September 2024) , and today (04 September 2924) I discovered that an enquiry from old mutual has been added on my credit report, I didn't go to any old mutual financial sites at all. Please remove this enquiry ASAP.
