I called Old Mutual a few weeks ago to ask them to change my debit order date to later as I had resigned from my previous position. I was told that it was not possible to do that as Im only left with 2 months to pay off my loan. To my surprise I now have an enquiry for a loan on my credit profile. Is this how Old mutual does Business ???? Can you please remove the enquiry on my credit profile as I had not requested for a loan or any of your products
