Enough with the delay tactics, PAY ME MY MONEY!!

My first correspondence to claim from the temporary disability fund was on the 7th of February, now it is the 16th of April and I still don't have my money. After jumping through all their hoops for almost two months, the claim was finally approved on the 27th of March, 3 weeks ago, and still no money or even an indication of when it'll be paid! My emails simply get ignored when I request a payment date or feedback of any kind. I am just so grateful that I had the opportunity to see Old Mutual's claim process (or rather lack thereof) in action before my family had to one day claim from the life insurance. This total lack of service and even interest in the client has definitely opened my eyes and helped me make a decision for my future, so I suppose for that I can thank them. I think I have been more than patient throughout this lengthy process, even though I had no income, but it is now time to pay!!
