enough its enough!

In January 2024, I went to the branch to withdraw money from my late mom investment, i gave them all the required documents until March 2024 where they want guardianship for my sister I submitted that. old mutual is failing us since March after submitting everything when when i go to the branch they will call head office and their respond they will saying he must fill the forms and after filling forms nothing is happening till today the money is not released. My little sister is in need of the money, we had to borrow the money from people so that we can buy her uniform, not forgetting her needs. Is it fair tha the child must suffer while their parents have left the money for the child? we are enough of OLD MUTUAL of their weekly stories!!!!
