Endowment Policy Query - 69299DH***4 - REF: --GSENQ***

Good day

I had an Endowment and Retirement Annuity with Old Mutual, from 1992 to 1997 if my memory serves me correctly. The problem I have with Old Mutual is that when I enquire about my policy they firstly said they can find my details on their system using my new ID number as it is different from the one I used before (which was the then Republic of Venda). I asked them to use my name and the date of birth of which they did. The query was referred to Old Mutual Group Schemes on 10 July 2020. I sent them a follow-up email on 13 August 2020 as there was no reply until then. Three days later on 17 August 2020 they responded telling me to make contact with the Group Schemes Department directly for further assistance. I called them several times however I was unable to get someone who can help me on this Contact Centre number: ***. Today on Saturday, 05 September 2020 I received the below email mentioning that mentioned policy was cancelled and the surrender value paid on 08/03/2011. My question is which account was used and who was the recipient/account holder of the person whom the money was paid to as I did not get any payment and the account number and my banking details have changed. Can someone call me on ***, preferably someone who understands my query because I am tired of repeating myself to the deaf ears.

I signed up for an Endowment Policy in 1992 and stopped contributing in December 1997.

I signed up for this policy while I was still using the Id Book for the Republic of Venda and I cannot remember what was the ID Number, but I think you can access my profile by using my full name and surname together with the date of birth.
