empty promises from old mutual
I had so much trust in old mutual as a business , but lately i am so disappointed on how they handled my claim (claim no ***). claim was submitted on the 5th of January 2021 . i called their call center on Monday and i was told my claim is processed and i should get payment in 3 days time. i even doubt the payment was processed since I'm still waiting for payments.

21 Jan 2021, 11:27i just made 3 different calls now to claim department . i was told that Philani Mbatha is handling my claim and it is not yet processed. i spoke to Philani last week and he told me that everything is fine from his side and my claim is processed, i must expect payment in 3 days time. please do something Old mutual complaints management. I am extremely disappointed by your service.
