Empty promises

Sometime in December 2023 I app**** for the Old Mutual Money Account online. During the process the system indicated some glitches which resulted on me not to complete the application process. Few days after, a consultant from Old Mutual contacted me and finalised the process telephonically, and thereafter referred me to the beach for card collection.

During the telephone call (while he was finalizing the application process ) I was told that my account will be credited with a R50.00 welcome gift. To date that lie has not been fulfilled. I asked the Brackenfell brach on the day of the card collection and was not assisted. I emailed Old Mutual via reference number MASC*** and was unprofessionally handled. All Old Mutual advised in the response is to ask for clarity regarding my query, why haven't I been contacted for clarity.

Maybe it's best that Old Mutual closes this account.
