Empty Promises

Very disanointing that we are here after more than 6years being with you!! I have app**** for a Holiday Premium with you after I was Retrenched earlier this year. I have requested for an extension as I am still unemployed, what do you do, you debit my account even after I have well in advance requested the extension.. spoke to one of your Representatives who added the extension and assured me that this money will be reversed back to my account, we are almost at end September and still nothing, my Financial Advisor has altos sent a follow up email (and yes she also works for Old Mutual) still nothing.. I am extremely disappointed Old Mutual extremely cause you have never had any issues with me paying my debits every month

Times are tough as you know so i need my money back as soonest!!!
