Empty promises

Been claiming ( accident)for the last 2 months and to my surprise everytime I give them a call which is am the only person who's calling to ask about progress and feedback something is missing or in complete .... complete it and given empty promises one person after the other ...even withdrawing my 2 year educational plan . Can't bank on old mutual no more , no trust them
