After writing a negative review on Hellopeter regarding the lack of service from Old Mutual, I was pleasantly surprised to receive a phone call from the complaints department.

My query was addressed by a very competent lady by the name of Coleen Aanhuizen. She handled the situation very professionally and had an abundance of knowledge and understanding of how to deal with the matter. Coleen's commitment and determination to resolve the matter was something that many other employers and corporate companies would have to walk many miles to find an employee with her stature. It was a challenging administrative task which involved several departments but despite that fact, Coleen was an absolute star in dealing with the issue. The added bonus was that after 6 months of sheer frustration, my problem was resolved in less than 2 days. Kudos to Coleen Aanhuizen !!
