Embarrassing!

I don’t even know where to start, it’s a lot! Old Mutual is a ****! Not only did this place deduct monthly life cover premiums that I made for my mom from me, but they were deducting it from my mom as well. When it’s time to claim for anything, they lie and say the premiums lapsed. No communication whatsoever but the payments were going out every month. I am so done with Old Mutual and if really the consultants in the branches cannot do their job properly, please run a training campaign and employ more qualified people. If you are an Old Mutual client, please do random checks on your products with them or you will be SHOCKED when it’s time to claim.
