Email address doesn't work
It's clear that Old Mutual doesn't have a working email address
I've emailed them numerous times regarding my rewards, since Nov 2022 I've sent documents they requested 4 times without response, whenever I call them they just tell me that without a reference nr they can't help me and I'm supposed to get a reference nr on the automated response to my email.

I spoke to FAITH KENTE who sent me an email in order for me to reply with the necessary documents.
4 months later plus an additional 2 emails and again, no response.
This is getting ridiculous
