Elias Ngwako Selomo who works for Old Mutual needs to be stopped

Hi im writing this review on behalf of my mother who does not know what to do anymore there is a broker by the name of Elias Ngwako Selomo whose been frudulantly using my mothers payslip and id to open funeral insurances without her consent and nothing is been done. My mother raised her concern but with no help.
