Educational fund not refunded

My refund has not been processed after I have sent documents to Old Mutual on the 25th of January, I have spoken to more than 5 call center agents all giving me different references... I have spoken to Deline yesterday, 01/02/2022, and she did not escalate ...today I spoke to Somi she promised she would escalate my request. this shows that if I was in desperate need to fund my kid's school I would have been left in the dark!!!

My Ref no's :

Deline 08:58 She promised that she will follow up CEA***

with documents should get a response today .... Somi CEA***
